Paulene Hargraves AKA Granny P! - Owner and Manager Qualifications: NNEB, NVQ Level 3 Staff Training and Development, British Sign Language Level 1, Paediatric First Aid, SENCO (Special Education Needs Co-ordinator) Strengths: Caring, funny, creative when displaying the children’s work, excellent team leader and simply loves children!

Kay Duxbury Deputy Manager Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Care and Education, Level 2 Food Hygiene, First Aid at Work. Strengths: Goes out of her way to help, hard working, kind and always happy.

Carol Watson Childcare Practitioner Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 & 3 Early Years Care and Education, Paediatric First Aid. Strengths: Funny and keeps us all entertained - loves the children and is kind and gentle.

Stephanie Watson Childcare Practitioner Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 Early Years Care and Education, Paediatric First Aid. Strengths: Lovely person, not a bad word to say about anyone, hard working and very kind.
