We decided to take part in a new advertising initiative run by the Burnley Express to help local businesses raise their profile in their area! We can be seen each week in the Colne Times, Nelson Leader and Barnoldswick Times. Have a look for us and any feedback is always welcome.
Sensory development canopy
Posted On 7:44 pm
We have had a beautiful canopy created in the rear outdoor play area. The children have nicknamed it ‘the rainbow’ due to it’s array of colours. It provides shelter as well as sensory development opportunities and really is a beautiful piece of work.

We are offering parents/carers (either with children who currently attend nursery or previously attended) £50 in cash, or 2 full days free childcare, if they recommend someone to us, who then enrols their child at nursery.
So don’t delay, speak to your friends and relatives about Blossom Tree and you could be cashing in for Christmas next week!
Christmas holiday club!
Posted On 12:08 pm
Has your child previously attended Blossom Tree and is now at school? Or do you have children already at Blossom Tree and older children at school? If so then this is for you. We are offering Holiday club for the week running up to Christmas, commencing 20th December, up to nursery closure on 23rd for children up to the age of 8.
Schools close on 17th December, so unless you have time booked off work, you may need this service. If so please call 01282 866655 and speak to Paulene or Kay to book your places, but hurry, they will fill up quickly! Price is £3.00 per hour, per child.
Spanish Lessons!
Posted On 12:03 pm
We have organised short, age appropriate Spanish lessons for our Cherries! These are taking place each week and we will ensure that no matter when your child attends nursery, they will get the chance to learn some Spanish. So don’t be surprised when your little ones come home speaking in tongues soon!
New Funding!!! 15 hours completely FREE per child, per week…
Posted On April 7, 2010 at 7:26 pm
Coming into force in September 2010 is a new Single Formula Funding, which will mean that parents and carers of children aged 3-4 will get 15 hours completely free nursery time each week, no top up fees, no strings.
We anticipate this to mean that parents and carers will want to increase their child’s current nursery hours so we suggest that if you think you will require more nursery hours for your child, then speak to Paulene or Kay as a matter of urgency.
